About the Position
Cave Spring Baptist Church of Priceville, Alabama is in search of a full-time ($52,000-$60,000) Outreach and Administration Pastor who will serve as an elder with three other paid pastors, lead/oversee our outreach and mission endeavors, oversee various administrative elements, and work alongside the lead pastor in preaching/teaching and carrying out other pastoral duties.
Requirements
Ministerial experience and education are preferred, and 30-50 years old and married would be ideal. While not necessary, a wife who might be gifted and willing to lead in children’s ministry would be a perk, and there is an option for part-time pay regarding the children’s position, if that were to work out.
About the Church
Cave Spring has over 300 active members and a regular Sunday attendance currently averaging around 250+ people. Some of Cave Spring’s dynamics include modern worship, casual dress, both expositional and topical preaching (with emphasis on the former), thriving youth and children’s ministries, and a loving, friendly, and growing church family.
